Members of Austin Metro For Sale by Owner will benefit from a personal dashboard to conduct all account management activities. The Control Panel provides a suite of easy to use tools for managing property listings, private email, a multimedia gallery, hotlists, saved search profiles, personal preferences settings and much more.
Listing Management Options
We offer all of the options necessary to effectively manage listings after being created. Our listings engine offers every member a comprehensive set of built-in description fields - providing the opportunity to create very detailed listings. After all, who knows the property and its features best?
Your listing will be available 24 hours per day 7 days a week and is accessible to potential buyers locally, nationally and internationally. Members can modify or delete their property listing at any time, and no personal information or registration details need to be displayed on posted property listings. As the member profile is created, you can choose to make this information confidential or public based on specific needs. Benefit from the ability to place an account in a ‘paused’ status if necessary – removing listings from public display for a set amount of time.
Search Tools and Options
Our search features and tools offer every member tremendous flexibility and value. Do you know (in detail) exactly the types of properties you’re looking for – including such things as subdivision, lot features, and size? With the ability to save personal queries and have the system automatically notify you via email when listing(s) meet the search criteria you can automate the process and have our search tools do all the work!
Using the Advanced Search option, Members can search for property listings via many different forms and fields and even by discrete ranges within fields - such as price or property age.
Members can save property listings they are interested in to their hotlist for later viewing.
Adjust Browse options to meet your individual needs (Example: Search listings with photos first)
Image Gallery
Members are able to establish a personal Image Gallery – allowing for easy allocation of multimedia files to listings. Members can upload multimedia files to their gallery and display several images in a single listing.
Private Messaging
Every member panel is equipped with a personal message center – allowing members to communicate within our marketplace anonymously and securely without revealing email addresses and registration details. Configuration and other system messaging options can be uniquely configured by each member.
Member Preferences & Conveniences
After establishing an account with Austin Metro For Sale by Owner, members will benefit from several account preference settings and conveniences. For example, our system allows members to customize email notifications. Get notified via email when a listing gets published that matches saved search criteria, when a property listing is about to expire, there is a private reply to a listing, or after edits are made to an existing listing. We offer a personal Inbox feature allowing members to post property listings without having to reveal email addresses.
